Celebrity talk is not for everyone, however sometimes it's nice to discuss people who have lives way more complex than your own.

Emmys Fashion Police
Jezebel called the fashion "The Good the Bad and the Ugly", but personally I thought it was the not that bad, the ugly, and the ridiculous. Some of the outfits just went completely over may head and I could only wonder if some of these leading ladies just don't own mirrors. It pains me to say this, because I've loved her since her supporting role in Sleepless in Seattle and her epic marriage to Tom Hanks, but Rita Wilson looked like a 70's disco queen gone wrong. Not only that the dress made her waist looked twice as big. Christina Hendricks' breasts looked like the could blind someone, if her hips didn't get to them first! Stephanie Pratt, who by the way doesn't have any business being at the Emmy's, resembled a raccoon who was wearing a cast off from the be-dazzled shirt era. I could go on and one with unauthorized insults, but I will limit myself to one more: Mindy Kaling, from The Office, could easily have been cast as the first to die in a bad 80's prom horror movie. There was a bit of good news, however, Claire Danes, who has been my love since I first tuned in to My So Called Life, could be likened to a shiny Emmy come to life in her strapless skin-tight number. Amy Poehler was looked better than she's ever looked only three weeks after giving birth to her second child; no fair! Lea Michele was old Hollywood glamour with a banging body and a great necklace; she looked so hot I'll probably start watching Glee!
